Would you like to visit at the height of its significance?
For example, Rome used to be an important city in World Politics, but is less so now.
I pick Trieste in the 1890s.

People are going to disagree about the significance of certain periods but I think Jerusalem while Jesus was teaching would be a trip to say the least.

i would totally agree on that. i'd definitely have a go on each site and time period of all the biggest religions and come back with deceptive pictures so that people could move on.

These are some pretty awesome choices so far.
I don't understand Bethel or Roseville, is there some part of American History I don't understand?

Another would be Dallas, Texas USA on Friday, November 22, 1963. I would keep me eyes peeled and bring my camera.

May as well lock this thread now, jonesy's unwrapped his "pun stick".
Besides, I'm a grassy knoll kind of guy. You should know that by now, jonesy.

Be fair then: Jerusalem when "they" say Jesus was teaching. A good answer, I think. Was he there? what did he actually say? What really happened to him? Did he perform miracles? etc etc. Actually I think I'd consider that trip myself.

And then, it turns out Life of Brian had it right and you are mistaken for Jesus.
It all makes sense now.
