I've been as far south as the anus of Lootifer's mum. Unfortunately, I got lost, so I couldn't confirm my exact coordinates at that time. It was a very low point in my life, I'll admit.

Found an underground cave, so large I couldn't see the other end, but it had weird glowing crystals (maybe radioactive) that almost copied the solar and lunar cycles, vegetation that you would expect in tropical climates, and dinosaurs. Lots and lots of dinosaurs.
The stegosaurus steak was delicious.

Great ocean road just past Appolo Bay. I didn't get kicked by a kangaroo and I was definitely harassing them to get a video of one hopping.

I've been as far south as you can go on the South Island of New Zealand. I don't believe I've visited Steward Island though, which lies to the south of the South Island. And not that it's asked, but I've been beyond the Polar Circle countless times in northern Sweden and Finland.

I have stood on the equator in Quito, Ecuador. I have been just south of that in the Galapagos Islands.

Eh prob different than you guys use, but generally fry then simmer in sequence: chopped onions, garlic, spices*, ground beef (we call it mince), more spices, chilli beans**, can of tomoatoes.

Other than kidney beans that sounds about right. I use black beans.
