In 2011, Malta politicians decided to upgrade the air traffic control system to the next level. This work cost $7 million and will be completed next year.

In 2003, United States passed legislation to allow the NextGen system upgrade to proceed. It started last year and will cost $11 billion by the time that the next Jurassic Park movie comes out.

Maltese efficiency is a model we could all follow. God dictated that Malta would be the most efficient country ever, when the entire country can fit onto 3 islands. Why does the US need all that land?

Why for target practice of course.
