Attorney-General of Maryland Attends Beach Week Party

The 50 year-old Attorney-General of Maryland is under fire for attending a high school beach party where there was underage drinking. He has defended his decision by noting the party was in Delaware.
"Assume for purposes of discussion that there was widespread drinking at this party," he said. "How is that relevant to me? ... The question is, do I have any moral authority over other people's children at beach week in another state? I say no."
