Since you are neither an eagle, nor own the rights to eagles, you converting a privilege that CC is allowing you to use the eagle avatar to your "Right" to own as a sovereign entity.
Therefore the Biblical axiom applies, : "dont store up your treasure on earth where rust and moth and thieves can steal. Instead store up treasure in heaven where thieves can't steal, & moths and rust can't destroy. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be.".
PM this person that shares your love of eagles & ask him if he wants to join you in starting a clanof bird enthusiast. That you are surprised to find a player with a kindred affinity for eagles as yourself.
Essentially turn what appears to be lemons for you , into limonade for everyone. A bird clan.

He disappeared from cc, trapped in a deep sorrow for almost 2 years. He came back and accepted the punishment inflicted 2 years back; wear jefjef s avatar. He used it for over 2 month because he felt great looking like a patriotic american bird. Now for some reason, this created a movement in the community. Other people want to be american eagles too.
I suggest you do like with your kindergaarden pet. Take him home one after the other!
