I am really interested if we have some waterconnoisseurs here on CC,
honestly, would you pay $ 79 Dollar for 12 Bottles of Water?
you can order it here
http://beverlywater.com/

I am curious, since i do not drink water, i dont have to
i drink plenty of juice ( there is plenty water inside, believe me)
i do drink beer, wine and spirits,
coffee per day i drink at least 2 liters,
tea i drink twice a week
whats the fuss , about this water
can you tell me?
and i shower every day twice, this gives my body plenty of water too
i dont bath, this is a girlie thing
i just dont enjoy to soak in water, so i am not saying its bad and u shouldnt do it
if i want to do my body something good, i go to a steambath or sauna and after i soak in icecold water

so my body gets plenty water

Given that you can get 2 litres for around a quarter, I'm gonna say no. Gotta love the phrase "Sommelier-Crafted water" though.

Most of the words on the site talk about the bottle.

I feel your audience might not be familiar with said site though. I'm not as funny as you though, so I'd have trouble finding a different direction. Bottled water isn't so funny for Brits unless they're abroad.

Real proper super-pure distilled water for use in research labs can be surprisingly expensive.

But 25 factorial would be a hell of a price to pay!

Ty Nant (the Welsh one) is not super-expensive, and also isn't "designed". It's spring water. If you are going to drink bottled water that isn't just filtered tap water, it's a reasonable choice.

The problem with drinking juice for hydration is not the lack of available H2O, but the overconsumption of sugar and vitamins. So unless you want to develop diabetes, hypervitaminosis or get fat, you really should drink plain water and reduce juice consumption.

i hope you are talking about juice without extra sugar added,
thats the juice i was referring too,
and my highconsumption of coffe without sugar is balancing this out
and loads of skimmed milk in the morning.

Be careful about the "no sugar added" bit. A lot of juices use apple or pear concentrates to boos sweetness, which actually means a lot of added sugar. "No added sugar" does not mean "no extra calories". Others use artificial sweeteners, which are horrible for you.

On the good side, just heard a radio report saying that coffee, despite the caffeine, actually hydrates almost as well as water. Skim milk is supposed to be good for you.. though I cannot tolerate the stuff myself.

I'd be pretty suspicious of someone saying coffee hydrates just as well as water. I mean it is a diuretic, theres no question about that, so how can it be equally as good? Just doesnt seem possible. Sure if its "not as bad as we initially thought" then i'd be more accepting of the results.

Re: Juice... yeah thats a poor option im afraid. No added suger just means it has a tonne of sugar in it rather than a-whole-fucking-plantation-worth-of-sugar. Not only will it make you fat (in comparison to plain water), but processing sugar requires water so the net benefit of a glass of juice in terms of hydration is pretty small.

So you may be getting adequate hydration, but in the worlds of the internet: ur doin it wrong.

Also 2 litres of coffee is abserd. I hope you arent paying starbucks prices or whatever for it 'cause then you'd literally be pissing away money. (you will have a huge tolerance to caffine, meaning that you would get the same benefit from drinking 3 cups as you would 2 litres in terms of stimulant).

No, I am talking about some real research just released. The people doing it were pretty amazed. Heard it on NPR, either yesterday or this morning, but too tired to dig it up right now.

Basically, folks have assumed that coffee, because it was a diuretic, was dehydrating, but when they actually looked into it, it turns out not to be so true. I am sure a lot depends on how strong it is, etc. Starbucks has pretty strong coffee.
