Either way great actor and sad loss - RIP

A quick and to-the-point title. A URL. A succinct statement of intent to round it all off. Nice.

OP doesn't go in for that 'lo-fat, decaf mocha latte' nonsense. He goes into the store, gets his regular black coffee and gets out of there. No messing. And people respect him for it.

Welcome to the USA.

Sad to see him go, especially when it was so preventable. He was a great actor...it'll be kinda weird now to see him staring posthumously in the Hunger Games and such.

I would watch movies he was in only because I knew I was going to enjoy his performance.

I'm not really sure what you mean, but I'm drinking a 24 ounce black coffee right now... so thanks?

Andy's right. If there was a free market in drugs, the quality would somehow be worse, and everyone would die.

Perhaps it's an allusion to some movie Hoffman was in?

Can't predict the free market quality of drugs, but I do know if there was no black market for illegal drugs and quality pharmacy narcotics were available that health problems associated with "street product" and ODs would be limited.

I don't know why Hoffman was into heroin, but it was his choice and his life to live. Many people will judge him by their own moral standards, but as far as we know he exited this world on his own terms.

I was very sad to read this news
and upset at the same time

he was a great actor
but he was bad husband and a bad father

honestly

drugs and sex and addiction
its tempting for young people
but be aware of the consequences

your choosen drugaddiction and selfindicting pain will not hurt you

but can u life with the pain u addict on those who are left behind?
i couldnt, i had a wild life, and every friend of mine who was taking something stupid and even offering it to me
i was too afraid, that i could not control it after
so i always said no thank you,
i was too afraid
imagining the picture of crying family members and friends at my funeral
go and smoke some dope for the experience, if u stick to it, its your choice
its not gonna make u crazy, u will not die, its up to you, simple your choice
but today, all this chemical dangerous stuff, dont even think about it
u will not know tomorrow who you are, dont even think about it, and if you really think u are stronger than that
go for it, i wish u all the best, good bye

different, if i have to die because of some caraccident or what ever,
but i will not die , because of drugs,
no thank you
I used to roll the daizz
Feel the fear in my enemy´s eyes
Listen as the crowd would sing:

Long live the Army Of Kings !
