Democratic Presidential Nominees

Postby saxitoxin on Sat Feb 15, 2014 7:29 pm

(This is a companion thread to Scott's "GOP Presidential Nominees" thread.)

After an eight-year interruption, the Democrats are preparing to return to fielding electoral slates of Aryans. Which WASP do you support for Queen of the Hive?

Hickenlooper's campaign slogan would be an homage to earlier rhyming campaign slogans of years and years past, methinks.

'Hickenlooper -- Pick'em, he's super-duper.'

It will be interesting to see Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden interact/debate.

I think Benghazi is going to be a huge problem for Hil-dawg. Other than that, the plastic surgery and lyposuction are coming soon. The lack of ethnic diversity on this list makes it look like Sheriff Joe Arpaio should be added to it.

I am not sure this post contains serious enough discussion for this topic, re: Hil-dawg, plastic surgery and liposuction, et al.

For clarification; which matters am I meant to investigate further? PS's post on Hilary, and the merits of said post? Hilary in general? Or the potential Democratic field? Please let me know ASAP so I might get on with my investigation.

Investigate the degree to which Hilary's liposuction influences fiscal policy.

Until I learn more about the bottom 3, I have to go with Howard Dean. It would be fun to watch Bill Clinton as the first husband if they win, but I really don't think Democrats are going to hold the white house for 12-16 years. It's time for change again, and it probably will be a GOP president regardless of who gets the nomination. America is like that with the presidency based on the right/wrong trajectory poll alone. As of today 29% of Americans think we are heading in the right direction, 63% think we are heading in the wrong direction. Plus I bet Obama as a lame duck with a Tea Party majority in Congress is going to take trashing the place on the way out to a whole new level.

At least Howard Dean is actually liberal, unlike Mrs. Clinton.

Tea Party is already ahead of him and trashing the place. They started in 2010 I think.

The OT community is currently addressing your concerns, so please be patient. Investigations do not take <1 hour to complete. Data must be assessed; facts must be ascertained; and conclusions must be drawn--but not in that exact order.

Yes, because you've added a ton of useful, informative, and relevant information to this thread. Incidentally, in case you missed it with the thousands of derailing posts in between (and by "thousands" I mean "zero"), I did reply to your one somewhat serious post in this thread.
