In this thread, we list the reasons that those 2 states should have more than 2 representatives, but all other 48 states are stuck with 2.

The Federal Government owns about 50% of the landmass of Wyoming. The Government needs more representation in the Government!

That's kind of insensitive to all the bears who've had their dicks punched off by DoomYoshi. They're still real bears, and many of them have come to terms with their circumstances. Suggesting that they aren't "real" bears anymore does more harm than good. Maybe you should go and attend a DBA meeting and talk to some of the dickless bears there.

It is indeed part of the required training for becoming approved. Serbia just forgot that you're only supposed to do it in the mod forums.

No, they weren't real bears to begin with. Knowing Doom, probably just some poor guy in a bear costume he ran up to and punched their nuts.
