For a room mate:

1. Lift toilet lid and seat
2. place single layer of saran wrap (cling wrap) over toilet bowl.
3. replace toilet seat
4. barrier will be pretty much invisible (especially at night)

Tape down trigger on sink's sprayer (pointed forward).... person turning on the water gets wet. Easy, fun, and just a tiny bit messy.
