A peculiar Cross of Light appeared on the side of my house today. We've lived in this house for seven years and nobody has ever noticed this phenomena before. And why is the phenomena happening on the Saturday before Easter? I don't have an answer. I will investigate it more tomorrow on Easter and see what I can see. I will start watching the side of the house an hour earlier and see how it appears (if it appears...the atmospheric conditions might have been just right!)

It's still hanging around. I figure that it only appears when conditions are just right (atmosphere, distance from the sun, etc.), but it was so strange that it appeared during Holy Week. My Dad really thought it was a sign from God...I, however, find my own lack of faith...disturbing.

I think what is happening is the strong sunlight hits my neighbors window, and the light bounces around in the glass. When it reflects onto my house, that's the resonant pattern it takes up and my house just happens to be at a focal point away from the window and the sun.

Much like sound, light makes patterns as well:

Its a mark that show where treasures are buried some evil old pirate have dug down an treasure there! Dig up the house and u are sure to find a galleon full of dubloons harh harh:)

Anyway kind of cool
