I don't go anymore. Too many rednecks.
Seriously, it was all about the canoes and rafts and beer, and some really cool rafts at that, but not anymore. It's now about the mud holes, the rednecks and the fighting. The River Run has become second fiddle.
The redneckmudholers should organize their own weekend and leave the River Run alone.
On a related note, there was another river run on Saturday about 40 miles away and one participant is still missing. His canoe flipped and his partner made it to shore.
