Official Thread to Excommunicate MudPuppy

This is the official, government-sanctioned thread to excommunicate MudPuppy from Off-Topics. He had a chance to change the name of the so-called "Off-Topics" to Troll Forest and failed to take advantage of this golden opportunity.
FROM NOW ON, REFERENCING THE GUILTY POSTER BY THE NAME IN THE TITLE OF THIS TOPIC IS STRICTLY VERBOTEN
Any poster who mentions "he who shall not be mentioned" or acknowledges his presence in any way (e.g. quote him or respond to him in a thread) will have a 'strike' added to their record. The punishment for each strikes is as follows:
First strike - 100 SaxBucks fine
Second strike - 500 SaxBucks fine and 1 day removal from Off-Topics
Third strike - permanent banishment from Off-Topics

It's the OP's fault. You should have just won the contest yourself if you wanted the forum named Troll Forest.
Since you slacked on the job and didn't come out victorious in what you seem to think is an important opportunity, then I think it may be prudent that you be the one banned. After all, you failed and failure cannot be tolerated.
If you had any dignity at all you'd just crawl away and wallow in your own shame instead of lashing out at others like a little child would.
Next time, win the damn contest. It's all your own fault.
