When do I get to congratulate the Russian Proletariat for overthrowing the imperialistic Russian Empire and establishing the communist utopia we've all dreamed of??
I mean, I know it didn't end super well, but do I have to wait until October or what?

It's still a work in progress. The People's Republic has been established and recognized by the world but the KMT have not yet been totally eradicated.

Maybe, but is there enough bloodshed going on anymore to be a Current Congrats? It might qualify more as a Past-Congrats.

We need a separate topic with a poll in order to establish whether this thread should be current-Congratulations or past-Congratulations.
