I`ve been a mets fan atleast since 1982 , Getting keith hernandez from the cards , the last piece of the puzzle . I have to say its been a painful run the last 28 yrs . The jets are another story . So are you really a mets fan ?

The Mets are like the NJ Devils. They don't actually have any fans.

Mets play to lose.

Look at those colors, bright blue and orange, they look like clowns, nothing serious. Even the rainbow Astros uniform looks more serious that the Mets uniform. The fans go to Shea to see their team lose. The other day that Valverde was sucking, nothing important seemed to happen. When that happened to Valverte in Detroit, it seemed like a very serious matter.

Not a baseball fan, as I don't care for most teams. The lone exception being Colorado. I loathe the Colorado Schmuckies.

Gary Carter was pretty damn amazing. And Mike Piazza was the best ever.

Maybe the Mets haven't been up to scratch in every aspect of the game, but they have managed to score the two best catchers ever.
