Currently in Holland, cruising around a bunch of towns where the max population is about 10-20,000 people. Everything's small and shuts at 6/7pm. What do people do for fun in a place like this? Abduct travellers and perform rituals on them?

Is this thread just about Holland towns or any town in particular, because my town is small and nothing really closes at 7 or 6PM. Sundays there are a few businesses that are closed, but the biggest thing in my community is that alcohol sales must be done through Liquor Stores and on Sundays you can only buy beer from 1pm to 5pm. Why? I don't know. But if this is about Holland towns in particular then this:

My town is about 30,000 people. It's also a college town as well. Plenty of hiking, fishing, bicycling, and camp areas in the surrounding areas. Oh, and bars. 23 or so at last count I believe.

I grew up in a town that had about ~3,500 people. A nearby town, a few miles away, had like ~200 people.

Doing drugs/drinking and having sex seem to be the primary past times in small towns, in my experience. Maybe throwing rocks at stuff could be fun too?

Yeah, if you can knock the cherry tops off a passing cop car on Highway 3 your buddies have to supply your beer all summer. And there's no way the cops are going to get their pants all dirty chasing you through the swamp for a lousy cherry top strike.
