It seems this Canadian judge is under scrutiny due to her dead husband posting unbecoming photos to the internet.
Should she be disrobed?

Why should she be disrobed? Everyone can have the sex life he want. Whatever you like to do with your body as long as it is not breaking any law, do it. It doesn't influence in any way her ability to be a judge.
Wondering if she should be disrobed only say that unfortunately canadian are still too prude.
