Now let's just hope no other Dutchmen read this, otherwise the Zwarte-Pieten-discussion will also reach CC. You have no idea how big a deal it is here and I'm kind of done with it, as are most of the Dutch people. Sadly, most conservative Dutchies genuinly can't comprehend that Zwarte Piet is offensive to a lot of our fellow citizens and they feel robbed of their tradition. The aggression this discussion has caused is amazing to me. I'll tell more if anyone is interested, but frankly, I'm glad it's been December 5th as well.
