Are the Libertarians finally winning?

This year,
286 bills passed by Congress and signed into law by President Obama, the second lowest number in history.

Of those, 51 were signed on December 18 and 56 is the
Number of laws passed in the 113th Congress that do nothing other than rename federal buildings, roads, or bridges (including 38 post offices)

The Congress should set goals. Since Botswana is the only true democracy, emulating their parliament is a good idea. They haven't uploaded any results from bills passed since 2012. So, until the US congress reaches 2 full years of no passed bills, there is still work to be done. I think one year of repealing bills is worth two of doing nothing.

Not really

It's just that since the Reichstag fire9/11, Americans have moved rapidly to increase the efficiency of their government. With the FuhrerPresident now able to rule by decree, there is less and less need for the ReichstagCongress to waste any time passing silly bills.

But laws that rename buildings are important ... so said my Democratic Congressman who didn't win the election this year.
