I miss the old gang, but I'm sure most of them are still lurking, perhaps even commenting with a different alias. Perhaps a few no longer roam the planet.

When wicked went completely nutso all over the forums and had to be banned. That one took a lot of people by surprise. Because one day she had decided to step down form being a mod to interact with the community more, the next, well, yeah.

Also, the Spam Wars between Spamalot and the Pikachu Clan. I think that was a big reason why posts in this forum were taken away from post counts for a long time.

Can't forget dancingmustard ripping people apart in Flame Wars either, before Flame Wars had turned into a cesspool.

It's sad but I think killing the post count in off topics played a key role in killing the forums. People loved to see that post count meter increase more than they cared to admit.

I'll admit, it was kind of fun being one of the first to 7,000-10,000 on here. Granted, Fircoal beat us all by a considerable margin. He was the first to 20,000 by a large margin.

I got a warning or a ban for that one.

Atilla challenging Anark to a RL fight. Anark accepting and posting his adress, coordinates of his house and finally a link to his house on google maps. Atilla claiming he still can't find it. Anark calling him a moron.

Also when SheepofDumb created a multi for purpose of joking around with a mod (wicked).

Granted wicked banned some people for highly questionable reasons. Like reverend_kyle. He posted a pic of a woman scantily clad and was perma-banned. Meanwhile, we now have an entire thread dedicated to scantily clad women.

I don't think she banned him, since she was playing a game of Mafia with him in it. I think that she just scolded him.

I that why reverend_kyle was perma banned? I always wandered where he disappeared.
