Interesting but back then USA(or it predecessor state) wasn't existing, no wonder Mongols weren't interested for you.
On a side note Aztec rules of Mexico back then were eating live people from where you live now for breakfast.
If Chinese or Russians had a chance to chose who should occupy their land they would definitely not chose the Aztecs
