How many fights have you been in since the age of 18?

I'm talking fisticuffs. Arguing with betiko about which is prettier, daffodils or marigolds, doesn't count. Also, wrestling with your 12 year-old nephew, or sparring during your kickboxing aerobics class at Planet Fitness doesn't count.

What about trying to calm down the feisty muppet from the local Olympic club in a game of grade 11 football.

actually, I wonder if I had any since the age of 18, can't remember. Before 18 10+ definitely. With a win rate of roughly 50% I guess.

Oh I do remember at least one... was sailing with a couple of friends and we stopped on an island in the south of france, went to the local "night club". One guy started messing around with one of my friends acting as the island was theirs, so my friend made fun of him for being a cook, I was the lesser drunk of the 3 so I tried to cool things down so I received the first punch. I just kicked the ass of the asshole who punched me in the face (I was much bigger than him don't know what he was thinking). My friend who made fun of the cook was a rugby player so he took care of a couple of others and kicked their ass, the third guy was getting beaten up so I quickly grabbed him and we started operating a retreat as we saw that our opponents were at least 10. I give it a draw, but a moral victory as we were outnumbered. Fun night, great hang over the next day!

i don't remember other adult fights but I'm sure there's at least a couple of others.

Oh I remember one... i got attacked by a bunch of 18 year olds in london in a dark street while waiting for the bus. the basically wanted to nick my cellphone. They kept on insulting me and one guy punched me in the face which made my glasses fall of and that bastard stepped on them to break them. I started grabbing him against the bus station, his friends were like "what the f*ck you think you're doing? get the knifes!" So I just pretendend we could all be friends! I was trying to gain some time, praying for the bus to arrive or just to see people in the street, nothing happened. They ended up nicking my phone and I started running after them. I had a bad skiing accident a couple of month before that, when I broke a vertebra and I had a plastic cast all around my chest. While I was running, and in the terrible physical condition I was in I started wondering... what the f*ck do you think you're doing... Had I caught them what could have I done to get it back? Anyways, I wonder if they had stabbed me if the blade would've made it through the plastic cast I was wearing, it was rather thick.

I once got jumped buy three guys in a dark alley at 2 AM...I was 250 pounds and could squat 600 at the time so yeah I was surprised...I ran.

My partner once kicked me in the face while I was doing a shit.

I was jumped by three guys in Southampton. No reason, they just wanted to hit someone.
Another time, in Laindon, a groups of about eight guys didn't like me because (so far as I could work out) I was able to read.
And another time in Basildon there was this very drunk guy who just decided he had to have a fight. I managed to put him on the floor without hurting him, two or three times. Later, in the cafe, he saw me again and went for me. I persuaded his friends to take him away.
So counting that last as one fight, that's three. I don't know how many times there was nearly a fight, but I bluffed/ joked/ bullshitted my way out.
