You could have at least picked a site that has a proofreader:

(Not that I disagree with anything the article says. I just think people who are too lazy to proofread shouldn't be allowed to publish.)

It's also nonsense largely. It says that Qin Shi Huang had most books in his empire destroyed and buried hundreds of scholars alive, both of which are claims that have no credible evidence to support them. Looking through the comments section, the claims the author makes about several of the other people on that list are total rubbish as well.

If the guy who wrote that article wanted to rave about what a badass Qin Shi Huang was, he should've mentioned his habit of castrating the guys he captured when he conquered other areas.
