The 7-10 is much more likely to occur than the Greek church, and so is practiced far more resulting in a higher success rate. That doesnt in itself mean that the 7-10 is an easier shot than the Greek Church. All that can really be said is the pros are more adept at getting a spare from a 7-10 than a Greek Church.
