Posted: Sun Aug 09, 2015 9:23 pmWife is away, so I'm having a man's supper: Two big 6-oz hamburgers (no buns of course, just on a plate) bathed in mozzarella, covered with a MOUND of blackened onions, and then drizzled with apple-mango chutney and sriracha. Yum.
