-----Well,I looked back....Even on the 10th ann...Only Niezche..started a thread...
-----WE HAVE PEARL HARBOR DAY in America...But you don't hear 9/11 DAY...
-----I saved The Detroit News and The Detroit Free Press from Sept.12th,2001...I was shocked to find in Sept. 2011. That neither one of my daughters. Had to do a report on 9/11,you know it is only the 10th ann. No Big Deal America... :lol:

-----I remember coming home from work. I turned on the T.V.. I was doing something. I just took for granted, I was watching a Die Hard movie. When I sat down, it didn't seem real. Until I saw The Today Show Gang. The day went by as usual for me. When I was on my way to work. I heard a joke. . A week went by, no one talked about it after that. I guess it only took a week for Americans to stop remembering or caring. OH!WELL...CANDY CRUSH... ANYONE... :roll:

Speak for yourself. We put up our 9/11 Day decorations a week ago. I told my g/f, Es, not to splurge on 9/11 Day presents for me this year but we'll see. Mostly I'll just be lounging about, maybe hit-up the 9/11 Day sale at Sears as I could use a few new pairs of Dockers. Dunno, gonna play it by ear.

The neighborhood association is putting on a 9/11 Day pot-luck this evening and we'll probably pop in. (Did someone say brauts?! LOL.) Should be fun.

I live near the biggest Arabic community(In The USA) outside of The Middle East(Dearborn). The person said,in reference to all the Jewish bankers and lawyers jumping out the windows. Obviously everyone here knows the 9/11 Commission Report is absolute truth. Please don't question your government or the 28 page report that hasn't been made public. Now go back and watch ESPN or Miley Cyrus.

9/11 is still too "fresh" for me.
I generally skip the news media on this day as a result.
There is a 9/11 memorial just one hamlet over where I live.
It has one of the support beams from the World Trade Center.
I see this almost every day depending on my commute home.

My department gave us one hour off to remember what happened on 9/11/01. One of my co-workers made a pretty good power point to honor those who fell and/or rescued others.

Mrs.... Does 9/11 play a role in geopolitics? Did 9/11 change the world as a whole? Just because you live in a slum in China working for rice doesn't mean it hasn't affected every person or country in one way or another. Almost everything that's happened in the world militarily since 9/11 is related to that day one way or another. Your a true narcissist.

If America stops making a big deal of it every year the military complex cannot pull on the heart strings of stupid Americans. This is so we can keep the feelings fresh for our next invasion of so called terrorist harboring countries. Remember everyone is a terrorist nowadays if you don't completely agree with Americas foreign policy dichotomy. So "never forget" and lets go to war!!!!
