Living in Beijing during the Cultural Revolution, he saw his parents cast out of the Party and his whole family ostracized and vilified for being ideologically impure. His family home was ransacked by Red Guard and he was taken away and sent down to labor in the countryside, while his father was held prisoner for years.

He stayed strong through it all, and with resolution of character was able to keep a firm and steady mind, never letting his experiences break or corrupt him. He grew up to join the government, where his diligence and talent led him to rise steadily until reaching his current post of president, in which he is capably guiding the country towards even greater peace, power and prosperity.

He is a true hero.

Beijing is very dry in the winter. It goes about 7/8 months without raining once. Even for short journeys it is better safe than sorry ^_^

He appears gassy. He has a nice head of hair, though, that ought to help him some.
