Down With ADD

So there is this guy in one of my classes who rocks back and forth constantly because he apparently has "severe" ADD and this rocking motion makes him feel more comfortable. It's highly distracting so I started putting my hand down my pants to nestle my testicles in order to relieve myself from his incessant rocking. My teacher pulled me aside after class and asked me not to do so in the future but now I'm really tense if I sit near him(as I imagine are other students) and no amount of glaring at him seems to make an impression.

Cut the bottom corners off the chair legs. Next time he leans backwards he'll fall. That'll teach him a lesson.

Once that shit gets under your skin, it's all over...like you HAVE to focus on him, even though you dont wanna....sooooo frustrating.

Worked with a dude that used to CONSTANTLY, ALL day long, click his stupid eraser pen all the way up and down....hours on end, day after day.....I seriously wanted to kill the bastid after 6 months....did blow up and scream at him once and only managed to get myself in trouble...of course....

I'm a drummer and people complain about my constant ticking, clapping and beatboxing (which I can't, but still do). Only in a certain situation, though. When in a bar or chilling with friends, I have no urge to start ticking, maybe just a little bit when there's music, but nobody has cared about that yet.

The situations where you have to be focused on something, are the situations it automatically starts. An office seems logical to me, a classroom even more.
Apart from the occasional son of a bitch, these people can't help it. I ain't even got ADD, but genuinely can't help it.

Quite often, I have to tell children in my class to stop ticking, because they annoy other kids and 5 minutes later I catch myself doing exactly the same. Gladly, I've developed a (close to) silent way of ticking continiously.

Anyway, sawing his chair will help a great deal as well. Good luck =D>

Heh, I know a few people with ADD or ADHD.

What ya gotta do is feed them something with caffeine in it, that'll calm them right down!
