Typical CRAP. Even Jeb Bush once admitted that it was only because of lax border policies that the hijackers were able to get into the United States in the first place. On the other hand, the primary terrorists came in to the US around December of 2000 and the secondary ones in the Spring of 2001, so even if Trump had been elected in 2000 on the platform he talks about now it would have not been fully in place until well after they got into the US.
