Quiz time, how many of these are real positions in the British houses of Parliament? And how many are from Fantasy novels?

The poll is confusing, which one are we trying to select?
Is it both? If so I'm guessing all are correct.

I didn't read OP and picked the real roles. That's how this poll would work on Sporcle.

Why is Shadow Chancellor written in bold?

No idea, I didn't post it in bold. Let's face it though, if your title was Shadow Chancellor you probably need it to be written in bold.

Everyone who voted sees their picks in bold, it's how you can tell what you voted for when looking back at the thread.

Sometimes before you vote you see picks in bold. I think it may be an odd quirk of the hover over function.

Got to admit, I can only pin one of them to the actual fantasy series / author. I definitely need more reading research.

(And it doesn't hurt that the character is actually a title in the trilogy.)

Cheers, BTW, of the 8 non-sym options, 3 are fantasy.

Now you're making me think that there may be overlap

I said the real ones were;

Lord Foul
Black Rod
Whip
Law Lord

I know Whip is real... the other 3 are guesses.
As I look back I am thinking Lord Foul and Black Rod may be fake too; but I'd bet Law Lord is real.

Lord Foul, Dark Lord and Master of Coin are the fantasy titles. The rest (except for "sym needs to make better poles") are all real positions in Parliament.
