Overreaction: Yes or No?

Harrouff was home for the weekend in Tequesta, visiting family with some of his fraternity brothers, Snyder told reporters.
The teen was eating dinner with his family in a local sports bar when he grew enraged by something — possibly the slow service, Snyder conjectured — and stormed out.

Moments after Austin Harrouff left the restaurant, police responded to a 911 call of a stabbing attack and arrived to find the teen biting off part of a dead man’s face in the driveway of a Tequesta couple’s home, officials said. The man’s wife was found dead in the garage and a neighbor suffered multiple stab wounds.

Police and hospital workers have completed some tests, but have not yet found any evidence of drug use.

Sometimes service at the Crab Shack can be so slow I've been tempted to stab three people and eat one of their faces off. So I feel for a bro who gots to get his grub on.

But I wouldn't actually do it. That's a total Linda Searcy move.

One time I had to kill five people because the stupid bitch at the gas station gave me regular sized cigarettes when I clearly asked for King Size, and I didn't notice the switcheroo until I was too far away to go back and kill her.

Typical case of food rage. He will get off with a good lawyer and psychologist and perhaps an expert nutritionist.

The reporting on this incident is woefully incomplete. Was the afflicted teen dousing the face of the dead with hot sauce? Any attempt at BBQ or cooking the human flesh? Does the accused have a history of cannibalistic snacking, killing pets, answering back to teachers, listening to rock music?

WAIT A FUCKING SECOND! I listen to rock music, and haven't eaten anyone's face off yet! Reported for bigotry against good music.

I bomb an orphanage whenever something doesn't go my way. Just the other day I asked for a Coke Classic at a McDonalds and they gave me a Pepsi.

A fucking pepsi.

Blew those damn orphans into dust. That'll teach 'em.

Why isn't the chef of the restaurant under investigation?

What doesn’t make sense to police is that Harrouff does not fit the typical description of a deranged murderer. He was a star high school football player and an excellent student, the Miami Herald reported.

A quick letter from his dad to the local paper about how going to prison would ruin his life and he should be out within the week.

One time I was at the service station getting gas and (sort of) accidentally smashed the bathroom door, so I had to feed a fraudulent story about an armed robbery to the international news media in order to cover my tracks. Then everyone totally freaked out and made me pay 11,000USD as an apology. Such an overreaction.

Okay, this one's a true story. I was on a train from Leipzig to Amsterdam, and I wanted to open the window, but I didn't want to open the blinds. I wanted fresh air while I slept, but I didn't want to be annoyed by lights, so I thought I could open the window while leaving the blinds closed. Dumb! As soon as I opened the window, the wind caught the blinds, ripped them right out, and the heavy bar at the bottom of the blinds spun around and smashed the window. So, I had neither window nor blinds the rest of the way to Amsterdam. I was almost deaf and blind by the time I got there.

This seems stupid and pointless to me. If any country is stupid and pointless enough to "upsize" cigarettes, one would think it would have to be the US. shame on you, Britain...

Surveillance video of Harrouff angirly storming out of the restaurant has emerged:

meanwhile, more info ...

After butchering the couple, police say Harrouff ate part of Stevens' face and abdomen and consumed caustic chemicals found in the garage.

It is not clear if Harrouff drank the chemicals to inflict harm to himself or because he was thirsty.
