That's right! Aaron Hernandez is now an innocent man. Upon his death his previous conviction for murder became voided. Abatement ab initio principle takes hold because he died while still in an appeals process. All may now revel in the glory of Hernandez without the guilt of celebrating a convicted murderer. Aaron Hernandez is no longer a convicted felon. In fact, I don't think he has a single conviction at all on his record. Maybe he could end up in the Hall of Fame now! That might be a bit of a stretch, but no one can call him a convicted murderer anymore.

So let us not speak ill of the dead, let us speak only of the deceased's virtues. It shouldn't take too much time...

Belichick can still turn him into a star receiver.

I think any civil lawsuit will be difficult because the criminal case has been overturned.

I think the NFL learned their lesson about suspending Brady. He could come out on the field in a custom Under Armour jersey and snort a line of cocaine of the half inflated ball before the first drive and NFL would be like: "Don't do it, Roger! :o If you make him mad again he'll keep winning Super Bowls for the next 20 years!"

- Loop holes in a human system, But in the eyes of God, He is a murderer.

- The mentality of people who have fame and fortune sometimes makes them feel invincible to law or reprocussion.
