The seal has just been backed into a corner by the aggression of Japanese fishermen. Perhaps instead of attacking sea creatures we should be focusing our efforts on removing the underlying root of the problem: Japan.

As the world's new global leader China will be happy to do most of the heavy lifting. The PLA has an aircraft carrier or two that need testing.
