Even in tragedy, the Guardian never fails to amuse with its shaky command of grammar ...

The man died at the scene after detonating an explosive device – a suicide bomber.

He should've used the concrete donkey.

Thought it was really polite, during the evacuation, that they said they hoped everyone had a great time at the concert -

Wow, as much as you want to calm people and avoid a panic. That did seem a bit gross after what happened.

A report my cousin posted stated "nail bomb" pretty crude and horribly devastating.

All the crowned heads of Europe have issued their fill-in-the-blank "thoughts and prayers" boilerplates.

On behalf of the Netherlands, I express our great remorse and solidarity with the _________ people after the terrible tragedy in __________. Our thoughts and prayers are with __________ at this time. I have called Prime Minister _________ to offer our support and solidarity in this hour of need.

Meanwhile, President Donald Trump has made a genuine statement.

It does suck when these bombings become more and more frequent, almost as if it's expected now. I think that's the bigger tragedy out of this. I've gotten to the point to where I'm not even phased by all these mass shootings, bombs going off, and these idiots out there claiming that Islam isn't all that bad.

I've said it before in the past, but just quarantine these violent and religious freaks into the middle east. Don't even let them breathe in our direction. How many more attacks do people have to suffer on a global level until they understand that Islam is not a friendly religion? Everyone has pretty much witnessed it firsthand now that they are not our friends. Let them fight over there, and eat dirt, and let the rest of the world move on.

from BBC website; people care more about what Trump said than even what the eyewitnesses are saying - Emma Macron's condolence statement didn't even crack the Top 10

That's what I mean that this is becoming a social norm now. It's disturbing.

What that table shows it that British people would simply rather read about British pedophiles than French ones.

That s probably trump s best speach ever. He had to do the finger thing while saying it.

Regarding the evacuation thing i m not even sure the guy on the mic could even understand how bad the situation was outside, also, i don t think this was inapropriate at all as the main goal was not to have other injuredor casualties after a massive 20k crowd gets a panic attack..

That s like double stupid.
These islamic freaks are not following the religion they pretend they follow. There is a huge majority of muslims around the world and living in western countries that are deeply hurt to see what is being done to their religion by lone wolf loonies and psychos around the world that take islam as an excuse. There are also tons of little white catholic or whatever religion that are big losers in life and get brainwashed by islamists on youtube and end up flying to Daesh where they are trained,or that are just your next door neighbours as sleeping agents posting stuff via telegram.

There are? Well let's bring out Horton, because if anyone can hear the cries of the Muslim community against this attack, he can. I, however, can't hear them.

Well, unfortunately, I can't use personal experience on here because it'll mean spit. So you're stuck with youtube.

Here's a muslim woman, who basically says that a large majority of these folks who believe in Islam, want Sharia law to be the law of the land. It's a very real thing. Sharia law is an anti democracy in religious form. This women is also targeted for death...BY HER RELIGION. Their religion isn't peaceful, I'm sorry dude, if you think they are, you're part of the problem.

They aren't a minority either. Countries....C-O-U-N-T-R-I-E-S are ran with this extremist view. And look! The same two I've been to made the list! Yay!

Ex muslim and his trip to Pakistan. An islamic extremist state. It is their religion, you dolt. Thousands of years it has been.

And look at it this way. The majority never matters. When this bomb went off, did the majority matter? No. The twin towers. Did the majority matter? No. The bombings in France, did the majority matter? No. When exactly does the majority matter? When were dust in the wind? Can you honestly say with a straight face that all these Islamists are peaceful when evidence clearly states otherwise? Sure, I'll agree not all muslims are not inherently violent, but the fucking majority does. not. matter. God forbid if they got their hands on a nuke, people would be changing their tunes quickly.

You can watch this debate as well, mentioned in "By The Numbers".

So all in all, if I had it my way, I'd do away with this religion and send it packing. I have an issue with religion in general, but this one shouldn't be welcomed.

So your argument is that if a minority of a group carries out destructive acts, every member of that group ought to be expelled from the country as a safety measure?

To be fair I guess it's for a similar reason that no one in the world likes Americans.

Islamists already got their hands on nukes, the country is called Pakistan. They've had them for almost two decades, people are still keeping in tune.
