Of those listed, lamb. I like goat more. Pork (mostly that delicious pork fat) probably comes after them. Then venison, maybe, though quality varies substantially.

f*ck now I'm hungry.

What are people's thoughts on marrow? In my family, we always crack open the bone and eat the marrow because it's delicious. I went on a campout with some friends and they made fun of me for it. I thought it was more commonplace to eat it.

Save it all year, put it in marrow balls for Christmas soup.

I basically never buy large cuts of meat with large bones so I haven't done it but I think it is a fine thing to do. Using them as soup bones is another way to use the marrow.
Having said that, there are certain organ meats I don't like mostly for taste/texture reasons, but even then, I think it's fine that others can make use of the food.

I've eaten it but didnt think it was anything special.

Your friends are American pigs and therefore probably ate pink slime when they were at school, so ignore their thoughts on what is or isn't okay to eat.
