Hardly a scandal. Disgruntled employees are a dime a dozen.
It's too bad you beat me to posting this. I was going to title it, "Scaramucci, Scaramucci, will you do the fandango?"

Wasn't he just the White House press room spokes-model?

At this point, a white house spokesperson resigning because he's not confident that the White House is telling him the truth...
That's nothing.

Well, my reading of it is that he's resigning because he's being demoted for the second time. That's a pretty big kick in the stones. The first demotion was when they brought in the chick to do 50% of his job. The 2nd demotion was now, when they brought in Scaramucci to do another 30% of his job, which would have left Spicer as the 3rd wheel in his own position.
As far as telling the truth, I think to a political spokesman that's just a quaint and abstract concept. I doubt if it would be a factor in his decision.

Spicer made himself a a spokesman for dishonesty, mate. I miss the parodies of him more than any of his lies.

He's been lied to by the administration, and lying for the administration since day 1. Apparently, that never bothered his "principles".

He quit because he didn't like his new boss.

Everything Trump touches seems to turn to dirt at this point. He's the anti-Midas.

That dirt can be used to grow food. Try living on gold, you foolish chrysophile.

I think that, and his recent wading into the waters of pardoning himself, might actually be his legal strategy.

I hope it pays well, going down in history as a serial liar ain't a great thing to have on a CV. Losing your job because you weren't good enough at it...
... well, your name might as well become a killing word for job prospects.
Maybe Fox will hire him.

He'll do fine... Most sensible people wouldn't hire you either, Sym.

You guys must understand that this is the greatest thing Spicer could have hoped for right. Being fired by Trump is going to be a badge of honor soon enough, and now he's famous and can get a much higher paid job in the private sector. I would LOVE to see CNN hire him!!!!!!!

This is probably the thousandth example of Sym's
compulsive need to retort without having the ability to say anything clever, or even meaningful...

Faith No More? Friday Night Magic? Fear No Man? Free Nelson Mandela? Florence Nightingale Medal?
The internet is failing me... I have no idea what Mr. is referring to.

Fake something-beginning-with-n media? Not that anyone would ever use a word beginning within n that he might not be able to say using regular forum rules. Someone would definitely not do that. Or maybe they would. We can never know, in this forum. And elsewhere, of course, if such places exist. And anyway, such places may have changed their rules, if such an incident did occur, which just seems sensible, and predictable, to be fair.
