The theme music of that show has been earworming me, and I can't help but wonder, why did they use the horribly ungrammatical "no-one you see/ is faster than he" when they had ther perfectly legitimate "No-one can swim/ faster than him" at their fingertips....

The line is "no one you see is smarter than he" and it also rhymes with the next line which ends in sea.

What about "No-one you see is as smart as he"? still works for the metre, and isn't offensive grammatically.
