I believe this is subjective. I'll take the Guiness please. One problem in North America is they bring it cold though.

I don't mind gin as an ingredient but I have never found any gin that I'd enjoy a shot of.

I was in a bar in Montreal that allegedly served the most Guinness in North America. They had 3 taps, two cold, one room temperature.

guiness is ok during the winter months. black & tans are good anytime, tho. hard to beat a gin & tonic on a hot day, tho - very refreshing.

I'm not much of a drinker but I do like to experiment with unusual liquers and bitters. If used sparingly, the botanical formulae of many gins would also qualify.
