What is the difference between ISS and ISIS?

The International Space Station has a small group of people living in a confined space. ISIS is a small group of people that should be confined to a small space.

I find this subject matter sort of like a complex puzzle that needs an army of mathematicians and philosophers to figure all the hidden meanings.
