Paul Oakley, Ukip’s general secretary, tried to put on a brave face by comparing his party to the bubonic plague. “Think of the Black Death in the Middle Ages,” he said. “It comes along and it causes disruption, and then it goes dormant. And that’s exactly what we’re going to do."

That's because like the majority on here you are incapable of using thought.
In the early 2000s the BNP were growing at a fast pace. The BBC jumped at the chance to split their support by giving UKIP lots of airtime. So the intellectual fools of the left unwittingly got us out the EU.
