What does Globalism mean?

It's pretty obvious that it's a vague attempt to mask anti-semitism, right? The wiki article on it is really weak.

TBH, I was curious to see if anyone could or define the term after seeing it come up. I think I was kinda explicit that I don't like the term, but wanted to see if it had a meaning for people who use it.
