One of the people who is commenting/proofreading/etc my latest work said "I didn't know this word, and nor did my husband".
The word was "salubrious".

I have heard of this word, but did not recall its meaning.

Litotes is a figure of speech and a form of understatement in which a sentiment is expressed ironically by negating its contrary.
