Biden today imposed an entry ban on people from seven majority Black nations.

tbf you might compare this to a security ban but Biden has not called this one "the Black Ban" at any time. And it is a health measure, you can make politics of health emergencies if you want but imo it's just misguided.

Interesting Biden banned travel from every country where Omicron was detected except the two white countries (Belgium and Israel).

I haven't seen any "legitimate national security and anti terrorism concerns". The vast majority of your terrorists are homegrown. Except for that one isolated statistical outlier, imported terrorists are a pretty insignificant issue in your country.

I have seen a consensus of Science saying travel bans don't help stop disease spread. So why is Biden using a travel ban at all, let alone one narrowly applied only to Black countries?

Absolutely not. Botswana has 4 doctors per 10K population, Belgium has 42 doctors per 10K, more than ten times as many.
