Soldiers in Norway, an olil-rich country committed to spending 2% of its enormous GDP on its military as a condition of its NATO membership, has left its army so cash-strapped that soldiers are being forced to wear hand-me-down boxers and panties:

Why is DDS an option on this list? I have it on good authority he doesn't wear any.
