- I agree the strong unions are a factor… the problem is not the fact that these unions are strong, rather that they are corrupt and make decisions to protect and support people even when everyone KNOWS they are at fault and employment should be terminated.
Honestly the punishment for abrogation of duty like this should be more severe than employment termination… but I’d settle for a speedy firing.
- I disagree that Trump as POTUS had anything to do with this. At his type of problem existed before Trump and will exist after Trump. It’s a local issue… the President is not a factor. Mentioning Trump in relation to this case only politicizes the issue, and that doesn’t help.
