If I lose three days off work because I have the flu, that's $750 down the toilet. That's a pretty serious kick in the stones, a lot more than a minor inconvenience.
Of course, some right-wing wanker living off inherited money and never needing to work except out of boredom wouldn't know what that's like.

I've never had a flu shot either. In the UK they're subsidized for high risk people but anyone else has to pay for it themselves, presumably because giving a healthy 20-/30-/40-something a flu shot is considered a waste of public resources.

I only get three sick days a year. They can roll over; I don’t remember if the cap out at 5 or 7. I rarely use them. Because of COVID I also have the option of working from home now.

I’ve known a few people who’ve had shingles, definitely don’t want that shit.
Don’t worry about ram, he’s almost certainly dealing with Kallmann Syndrome. Hopefully he can get it diagnosed and begin treatment.
