Here's a trick to live longer without having to exercise more, drink or eat less, or stop smoking.

So, if I enter the same variables but change my sex to female my life expectancy increases to 94.

So my plan is, at age 89, I'll begin self-identifying as female so I can live an extra four years.

I got 85, and it said if i just start thinking my health is 'excellent' then that would go up to 89. I'm just going to start thinking I'll live till I'm 100 and nature will take care of the rest.

I rated myself Very Good since I easily defeated COVID but didn't rate myself Excellent.

I said 'good' because I believe it is always possible to improve oneself. I'm fairly robust so wasn't that impressed when my body decimated Covid, no more impressed than I am when it digests my breakfast.

I ended up with 78.

After I did it, played around with some of the variables:
Increasing exercise to daily exercise didn't raise it.
Reducing my weight to my ideal weight only raised it to 80.
Getting remarried raised it to 81.
Retiring immediately raised it to 80.
Checking off "no" to "are you diabetic?" raised it to 84. That's a debatable one. Even though I'm officially diabetic, my blood sugar has been completely stable for 3 years now, ever since I went low-carb. Most people would say I'm no longer diabetic. I'm only a diabetic in the legal sense now, since the official position is that diabetes is incurable and a forever condition. People in the low-carb medical world say that's total bullshit, it's completely curable.

Doing all of the above raised it to 86, but I intend to exceed that.

My mom lost significant weight from cancer and the radical treatments that removed it, the doctor said she was no longer diabetic. Might be a type two thing though.

She loved carbs yet kept the weight off. Everything in moderation. Plus she got an actual eight extra years, after they initially closed her up and sent her home to die.

She was a day shy of 67.

Wait, I better mention she didn't practice moderation with sugar. She would eat a couple of bags of Fuzzy Peaches while surfing the web and playing FarmVille. I don't even know how she did it. I don't think I have pounded back candy like that since I ate it out of a pillow case the first couple of weeks of November circa 1979. Remarkable really.

I'm actually only 217lbs and 185cm. I smoke though. You might as well start smoking 2 packs a day, surely you don't want another 38 years of abject failure with the opposite sex?

It gives me an average life expectancy of 82. There is a more comprehensive one I took that made me start drawing Social Security instead of waiting till age 70, my original plan. I should not live as long as my peers.
