I have posted preliminary seedings.
From this list, there are still 11 Freemiums with whom I am confirming if they will renew the Premium membership, so this preliminary seedings may slightly change if some of the Freemiums drop out or if there will be some last minute new signups.
By this preliminary seedings, I roughly estimate that Majors and above ranks will receive the play-in round bye.
I am now working on the most convenient way to send bunch of games at once, so players who do not have the play-in round bye can expect games to be sent sometime soon.
