Premium Membership will expire

Hi!

I have one problem.... My account on Conquer club will be expired tomorow..... and I'am not at home, and I don't have my Visa card here....... So my Premium Membership will expire, and I'am asking U if I will lose all my open games..... (9)
Without my Visa card I can not pay 25$ for Premium Membership. I have just ordinary credit card here, and with it I can't transfer money internationaly....
Next weak, I will come home, and I will pay 25$ on your account.....

you don't lose your open games. you just can't join anymore until you have less than 4.

I have a more pressing problem; mine is set to run out tomorrow, so I renewed it this morning via paypal when I saw the email reminder, but the counter is still set to 2008.

I've started about 10 1vs1 games with got tonkaed to keep me occupied for a while yet, but does anyone know how long is it likely to take to go through? I'd hate to be stuck as Captain Silver when tournament rounds tick over and I have a bunch of games to join.

Fill out an e-ticket. I wouldn't be surprised if something is disconnecting due to the database problem at the moment.

Any ideas how long its taking for support tickets to be answered?
I don't want to pester the admins any more than I already have, but I paid via PayPal on the 19th January and still haven't got premium...at some point I'm going to stop waiting and tell PayPal to chargeback my membership fee.
I'm not there yet, but if I know there is a specific problem then at least I know that I'm not being ignored, you know?

I've brought the paypal issues to lack's attention and he promises to look at them ASAP. He's on vacation and only checking in periodically.
