Forum Upgrade

First of all, I like the new forum format; it actually fits in my window now on my regular computer. (I need to test it again on my wide screen laptop as well.)

Having the writer's stuff on the right is nice. Having all the bells and graphics on the writer's stuff is the icing on the cake.

Getting this done in one day was fantastic.

The NEW! control panel is wonderful and easy to use.

No one has mentioned the best feature: the forum posts of individuals on your ignore list are now blocked also!

I also agree with the previous poster that the distinguishing between the posts is too subtle.

Very nice... I am not a "well travled" forum user. This is my first experience with a site that I was interested enough to join and post (very rare posts...), so I guess I don't have anything to compare it against. I thought it was great before the upgrade, now I am even more satisfied with the $20 bucks I forked over. Will gladly pay the increased $25 fee when due.

i like it all, except the shading.. way too subtle. i'm far too old to be able to distinguish between the posts... if that is my only issue, this is a great upgrade, as far as the forum goes (ranks are a seperate issue). i am literally getting a headache from the forum now... my forum career may just be over (a collective roar of joy goes up from the GD crowd)... anyway, maybe this can be changed in our settings, i'm still poking around, so i don't know... or maybe it is like those cell tones only kids can hear, and my eyes are just too old an unhip to see the amazing shading and designs that now adorn the forum...-0
